Perform a survey, testing, and reporting for regulated building materials including asbestos-containing materials, lead-containing paints, Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCBs)-containing light ballasts, mercury-containing components (thermostats, fluorescent light tubes and compact bulbs), and high intensity discharge lamps (HIDs including sodium vapor, mercury vapor, and metal halide), and mold and moisture assessment, prior to future renovation. The survey is limited to accessible areas of the interior, exterior, and roof of the building at 1522 Cornwall Avenue, Bellingham, Washington 98225. As outlined in “Detailed Scope of Services” in Exhibit A attached hereto by this reference.
